THE PRICE INCLUDES:
All electricity, central heating, broadband Internet access, bed linen, bath towels and tea towels and some consumables.
BOOKING POLICY:
Upon booking and when availability has been confirmed, a 20% deposit is required.
The balance is due 4 weeks before commencement.
When bookings are made less than 4 weeks prior to commencement, the full cost is required. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is not returnable. If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of commencement, the full cost will be charged. Bookings will only be regarded as firm when the the full deposit has been received and written confirmation issued.
